Vintage casting of the Iconic design of the Sterling Silver Thunderbird Ring, inlaid with natural Lapis Lazuli, made by Maggie of freedomjewelryusa.
This Lapis Lazuli stone, from Afghanistan, is derived from my extensive stone collection dating 40 years and counting, I hand selected this piece to be cut, sanded to fit and polished as the cut of the stone needs to be perfect and the ring casting is complex and exacting. This lapis has a high profile showing more of the stone from the side. I hand cut bevels on the sorters to add dimension. The color will never change as this particular piece of Lapis is very hard (8) and the amount of time it took to produce was extensive. The patina on the silver will gradually blend with your own personal energy. Polish cloth included to keep the ring in top condition.
This listing shows the ring in size 12.5 with the Lapis Lazuli (blue stone) with exceptional mineral matrix, including a bolt of Pyrite with Calcite clouds, finished and ready to ship. One only like this. Beautiful stone with an excellent design! Shown on hand for the best effect. This beautiful stone was polished during our recent Eclipse.
Lapis Lazuli is a useful stone to wear as it is said to relieve anger and negative thoughts, as well as easing frustrations causing the anger.
They resonate with the energy of the inner king or queen, and are historically stones of royalty, and this crystal also helps to balance the male and female aspects of your personality.
Smooth finish, everyday wear, client favorite.
Each ring made by Maggie of freedomjewelryusa, uses the lost wax casting method to create the ring; I hand cut this Afghanistan Lapis Lazuli stone, inlaid and finished to be worn in a everyday manner. The designs on the sides include the vintage style of the Thunderbird along with a Kachina Doll design on either side of band. Design originated in 1959, from John Bourget, Santa Monica, CA.
